Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all golf coaching services provided by Philippe Bonfanti Golf Coaching, including individual lessons, junior coaching, group sessions, coaching packages, playing lessons and monthly memberships.

By making a booking or purchasing a coaching service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings and Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
All prices will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Coaching services and packages must be paid for in full before the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
Philippe Bonfanti Golf Coaching reserves the right to amend its prices, with any changes communicated in advance. Existing prepaid packages will retain their original agreed price.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice may be charged in full or deducted from the student's package.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests to reschedule, subject to availability.
If a session needs to be cancelled by the coach due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, an alternative date will be offered or the payment will be refunded.

3. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are designed to provide students with structured coaching over an agreed period.
Packages are non-transferable and are intended for use by the person who purchased them.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, packages must be used within three months of the date of purchase.
Unused sessions remaining after the package expiry date will normally be forfeited.
Packages are purchased as a commitment to a programme of coaching and are not refundable simply because a student changes their mind, loses interest or decides not to use their remaining sessions.
Any exceptional circumstances will be considered at the coach's discretion, subject always to applicable consumer rights.

4. Monthly Coaching Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to the coaching hours included in the selected membership.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance.
Any unused coaching time does not automatically roll over into subsequent months unless agreed in advance.
Memberships can be cancelled at nay time prior to the next billing date.
Memberships do not guarantee specific lesson times. Sessions must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Any changes to membership prices or arrangements will be communicated in advance.

5. Junior Coaching

A parent or legal guardian must arrange bookings and accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of any student under the age of 18.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that junior students arrive on time and are collected promptly following their sessions.
Parents or guardians must inform the coach of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, additional needs or other information that may affect participation or safety.
Juniors are expected to behave respectfully towards the coach, other students and facilities.

6. Weather and Playing Conditions

Outdoor coaching and playing lessons may be affected by weather, course conditions or facility restrictions.
The coach will decide whether conditions are suitable for a session to proceed safely and effectively.
Where a session cannot reasonably take place due to weather or circumstances outside the coach's control, an alternative date will be offered.
Where appropriate, coaching may be adapted to an indoor or alternative practice environment.

7. Health, Safety and Liability

Students participate in golf coaching and practice activities at their own risk and should inform the coach of any injury, medical condition or physical limitation that could affect participation.
Students are expected to follow all safety instructions and use equipment appropriately.
The coach will take reasonable steps to provide a safe coaching environment.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for rights protected under applicable consumer legislation.

8. Coaching Environment and Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to begin their session.
Late arrival will not normally result in an extension to the scheduled session.
Students must follow all reasonable safety instructions and guidance given by the coach.
Students are responsible for bringing appropriate golf equipment and clothing unless otherwise agreed.
Any damage caused to facilities or equipment through inappropriate or reckless behaviour may be the responsibility of the student or, in the case of a junior, their parent or guardian.
The coach reserves the right to discontinue a session where a student's behaviour creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts coaching.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information will be collected and used only where necessary to administer bookings, deliver coaching services, communicate with students and manage the coaching business.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the business's privacy policy.
Students may request access to their personal information or ask questions about how their information is used.

10. Changes to These Terms

Philippe Bonfanti Golf Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
Any updated terms will be made available to students.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or alter existing contractual commitments.
